I see my name on your list, Ian. I'm still around... just kind of quiet. Very Happy

For my part, I have become very selective about what I download because I just don't have nearly as much time to listen as I once did. Eventually life will slow down again... it HAS to (I hope).

One of the things I really miss about OTRtnt - I always liked reading what people were listening to and what they thought about the individual shows. Anyone remember those?

My favorite place here at OTR Trade was the weekly "spotlight" we did for a while. It was really neat to see specific favorites and learn interesting facts/tidbits about the shows. It reminded me of the extra features on a DVD...

Ian - I hope you don't disappear into the ether as you say you may. You are one of those people whose posts I always stopped to read no matter what sight they were on. You have always showed class in discussions/threads and generosity with distros. I can remember (years ago) asking about a particular series of audiobooks. You sent me a complete set in the mail without wanting even the price of shipping. What a great example for someone who was new to the idea of distros and sharing!

Howdy John, Nice to see you're still around.

Like you I've started collecting other things, and like you I'll never live long enough to watch or listen to it all.

My latest is collecting "Graphic Audio" I have almost eveything they've put out.

I also have more 60's - 70's TV shows than I know what to do with.

Work has been keeping me busy driving back and forth from Everett, WA (home) to San Diego, CA every week 2800 miles round trip. It gives me plenty of time to listen to my audio collection.

Grimaud...yes, I knew you were still around Surprised

Ian, the names I remember are:

Axeman (remember how he was always talking about Mrs. Axeman? Laughing )
Dookey
Diadeloso
Mancat
Saul Panzer
Padilla

Would sure like to know where all of them are. I miss the commaraderie we all had, on TNT.

Mike, do you still get over to my area (Phoenix) from time to time? I think you mentioned coming over this way, some while back.

Actually, I was there about 3 weeks ago. Didn't spend the night in Phoenix this time. Spent the night in Page right by Glen Canyon Dam, made a quick stop in Phoenix then drove up to Vegas same day. Sure was nice being able to drive the truck thru Boulder City instead of having to go thru Bullhead City.

I don't get out that way much anymore, unless that driver wants a week off.

I noticed nobody mentioned Woody, did I miss something ?

Thanks Ian, without your listing most of those names would never have occurred to be ever again. Another name that I often do remember is "Sir Eric" Brocolli. I recall when he first joined OTR-TNT: He came on, started quickly like "A House Affire", and added a lot of color and intensity to the club....and then dropped out of sight just as quickly as he had come in. As I recall, he was in Seattle while a member, then reported that he was moving to the East Coast....then silence. I'm recalling that Gil reported his whereabouts after several of us questioned what had happened with him. Can't recall the details though. Gil?

Actually he started off as ericBrocolli and sudenly overnight (no pun intended!) he got Knighted Sir Eric! I remember him having a Washington address at that time. He certainly was entertaining and he gave me a great run of fun as a great wordsmith and leg puller.

Heres a fact you might find interesting at least 6 members of OTRtnt were in pastoral ministry......

Certain famous comedians have used us to download for there own collections....

To few ladies join in....... why?

Then of course theres that odd fellow from the Isle of Wight - nuff said!

Bryan told me that Australians sit upside down to listen to the radio?

Eldon...I can't remember the details about Sir Eric, although I do remember him. Maybe someone with a better memory?? Laughing I think we lost quite a few, when TNT went under. I don't even see them on 154.
